In Her Words was born when I, Ali Green, decided to create one, single place to record my thoughts, discoveries, and stories so that friends and strangers alike could have a glimpse into my world.

Since my blog’s launch in 2008, I’ve gotten married, bought a house, started my own graphic design business, and celebrated many milestones that have made life exciting. Between home improvement projects, bargin seeking shopping outings, cooking experiments, and weekend adventures, my life has evolved into what some may call a typical 20-something year old life.
